SQILSOFT strives to make the application as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify the application or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. However, we will never charge you without clearly informing you about what you are paying for.

The AVEDI application stores and processes personal data provided by you in order to deliver its services. You are responsible for the security of your device and for controlling access to the application. We strongly recommend that you do not perform “jailbreaking” or “rooting” of your device, as this may make it vulnerable to malware and cause the application to function improperly.

You should be aware that SQILSOFT is not responsible for certain situations. The application requires an active internet connection to function properly, whether via Wi‑Fi or mobile data. If you do not have internet access or your data allowance is exhausted, the application may not work fully, and SQILSOFT is not responsible for this. When using the application outside a Wi‑Fi zone, your mobile operator’s terms apply, and you are responsible for any charges, including roaming. If you are not the owner of the device, we assume that you have permission to use the application.

SQILSOFT is also not responsible if your device runs out of battery and you are unable to use the application. We strive to keep the information up to date, but some data is provided by third‑party sources for which SQILSOFT is not responsible. The company is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the application’s functionality.

The application is available on Android and iOS. System requirements may change, and updates may be necessary to continue using the application. We do not guarantee that the application will always remain compatible with all versions of operating systems, but you agree to install updates when they are provided. SQILSOFT may discontinue the application at any time without prior notice. In such a case, all rights and licenses granted to you will terminate, and you must delete the application from your device.
